🗓️ 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).


🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Pure Drop is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


💰 5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days

Please note that depending on PayPal or your bank’s processing time, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


🔁 6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order separately.


🛑 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
