We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not support international shipping or deliveries to U.S. territories outside the 50 states.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours are processed the following business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 1–2 additional days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email when it has shipped.

After processing, shipping typically takes 10 to 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Weather or carrier-related delays

  • Holidays or other external factors

Please note that while we strive to deliver on time, Pure Drop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total:

Below $35.99 Flat Rate: $9.99

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our homepage or product pages.


🔍 5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

📫 6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
Pure Drop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries or unavailable recipients

  • Delays from the shipping carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Freight forwarding services

Oversized or specialty items may have extended delivery times or separate conditions, which will be stated on the product page if applicable.
